Work positioning belts (Pole belts) and lanyards

Work positioning belts and lanyards are designed to secure the user safely in position at the point of work. They are not designed to arrest a free fall. Use a harness if a risk of a free fall is present.

Our work positioning belts are easy and comfortable to use. They offer full freedom of movement but give ergonomically correct support for the work on a pole. All belts are equipped with stepless adjustment which guarantees excellent fit on the user. Belts can be modified according user´s needs with a variety of accessories. They comply with the European safety requirements and are CE-marked. Work positioning belts are made according to standard EN 358.

Masa high visibility waistcoats can be combined with SL80 or SL90 work positioning belts by the user himself. Yellow Masa high visibility waistcoats are CE-marked and they comply with standard EN 471 class 2 for daylight visibility and reflective properties. They are equipped with secured pockets for mobile telephone, tools and other equipment. Masa waistcoat is available with an integral loop for resque (version Masa 6014). No tools are needed for connecting the waistcoat to a belt or removing it for maintenance. Sizes M, L, XL, XXL.

If you don't need warning properties but would like to take benefit of a tool vest there is a parallel product Timo Toolvest 6023 made of orange fabric that fulfils requirements for garments for electricians according to EN 531 (A B1 C1). Available also with a rescue loop (version Timo 6024). Sizes M, L, XL, XXL.

SL90 Restraint belt

Restraint belts are designed to prevent the user from getting into a position where he could fall. SL90 Restraint belt is a simple belt equipped with one attachment point for a lanyard. For added comfort SL90 Restraint belt is equipped with a back support. Restraint belts are not designed to stop a fall.

Hooks and carabiners

All our Fujii Denko hooks are double locking!
When connected to our tested products they comply with the European requirements.

Length adjusters 16A, 16D and 16U

Different connecting elements separate our three adjusters from each other.

16D has a small opening with double latches. This adjuster connected to our square attachment ring keeps the lanyard in good position and ready for adjustement.
16U has wide opening with double latches. It connects well to many different D-rings.
16A is connected to a harness or belt by a carabiner or screw gate connector.

  
Adjusters have been type tested together with lanyards manufactured by Suojalaite Oy - Safety Equipment Co. Use on other lanyards may cause safety risks.
